British Airways

British Airways were rolling out new systems, including Employee Self Service (staff intranet), Engineering Wide System, an SAP-based system that replaced 150 earlier discrete systems, and ceBA (Customer Enabled British Airways) which encompassed online check-in and check-in kiosks. These were all launched at a staff engagement event dubbed Owning Our Future. We created pop-up displays and supporting materials to be used at the event.
